Summary

This study looks at how controlling blood sugar and using a GLP-1 drug (liraglutide) changes the way cells in the pancreas work in people with type 1 or type 2 diabetes. Researchers want to understand a natural hormone called GLP-1 that helps manage blood sugar. About 60 adults on insulin will take part to help uncover these inner workings.
