First seen Dec 10, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests whether semaglutide, a drug used for diabetes, can slow the buildup of plaque in arteries of people with psoriatic arthritis who do not have diabetes. About 40 participants will receive either semaglutide or standard care for 24 weeks. Researchers will measure artery thickness and stiffness to see if the drug helps reduce heart disease risk.
