Summary

This study looks at how popular weight-loss drugs (GLP-1 receptor agonists) affect muscle mass and physical function in people with obesity, and whether adding exercise helps. Researchers will follow 40 participants for 2 years, measuring muscle, strength, and metabolism. They also want to see what happens to muscle when people stop taking the drug.
