Summary
This study aims to understand how tirzepatide, a medication for weight loss and type 2 diabetes, affects muscle and bone health during weight reduction. Researchers will compare people taking the medication alongside a lifestyle program (diet and exercise) to a control group using only lifestyle changes. The goal is to gather important safety information about potential muscle and bone loss that may occur with these widely used medications.
