Summary

This study looks at how a common weight-loss drug (GLP-1) works in people with different versions of a gene called CAV-1. Researchers want to see if the gene affects how much weight and blood pressure drop. About 30 overweight or obese adults will take the drug and be monitored. The goal is to learn who responds best, so treatments can be personalized in the future.
