NCT ID NCT07460362
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, glofitamab and lenalidomide, in people with a fast-growing type of lymphoma (mantle cell lymphoma) that has come back or not responded to treatment, especially after a BTK inhibitor stopped working. About 43 adults will receive the drugs intravenously and by mouth. The goal is to see how many patients achieve a significant reduction or disappearance of cancer after treatment.
