New hope for richter syndrome: targeted antibody combo shows promise

Summary
This study tests a new combination of drugs for people with Richter syndrome, an aggressive lymphoma that can develop in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). The treatment adds a targeted antibody called glofitamab to standard chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this combination leads to more complete remissions. About 40 adults with untreated Richter syndrome will take part across 28 centers in France.
