Summary
This study tests a new drug called glofitamab, given with standard chemotherapy, for people with untreated Richter syndrome (an aggressive lymphoma that develops from chronic lymphocytic leukemia). The goal is to see if this combination can shrink or eliminate the cancer. About 40 adults will take part across 28 centers in France.
