New hope for hard-to-treat lymphoma: triple-drug combo enters phase 2 trial

Summary
This study tests whether combining the drugs glofitamab, venetoclax, and zanubrutinib can help people with a fast-growing type of lymphoma called mantle-cell lymphoma. It includes 100 adults whose cancer has not responded to prior treatment or who have a very high-risk form of the disease. The goal is to see if the combination can keep the cancer from growing for at least a year.
