This study is tracking 3000 people with high blood pressure who have been treated with the Paradise Ultrasound Renal Denervation System, a device that uses ultrasound to calm overactive kidney nerves. The goal is to see how safe and effective the treatment is over many years by monitoring blood pressure, kidney function, and quality of life. Participants are already receiving the device as part of their normal care, and the study simply collects their health data over time.
