New hope for aggressive brain cancer: combo therapy trial launches

Summary
This study tests a combination of drugs (nogapendekin alfa inbakicept, bevacizumab, and immune cells called PD-L1 t-haNK) with or without tumor treatment fields (a device that uses electric fields to disrupt cancer growth) in people whose glioblastoma has come back or worsened. The goal is to see if these combinations are safe and can help control the tumor. About 34 adults will take part, receiving treatment for up to 76 or 80 weeks depending on the phase.
