NCT ID NCT05183204

Summary

This study is testing a three-part treatment for glioblastoma, a serious brain cancer. It combines a new drug called paxalisib with a high-fat, low-carb ketogenic diet and metformin, a common diabetes medication. The goal is to see if this combination is safe and can help control the cancer by stopping it from growing for longer. The trial is for adults with either newly diagnosed or recurring glioblastoma.
