Brain cancer trial: can earlier, longer chemo extend lives?

Summary
This study is testing whether starting a chemotherapy drug called temozolomide sooner after surgery and continuing it for a longer period helps adults with a newly diagnosed, aggressive brain cancer called glioblastoma live longer. It compares this more intensive approach to the current standard treatment schedule. The goal is to see if changing the timing and duration of chemotherapy can better control the cancer.
