First seen Jun 18, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 18, 2026

Summary

This study tested a new treatment plan for people with a severe type of brain cancer called glioblastoma who are too sick for standard radiation. Doctors gave a combination of two drugs, bevacizumab and temozolomide, first to shrink the tumor and improve symptoms. The goal was to see if this approach could make radiation therapy possible later. The study included 70 adults with advanced disease and aimed to improve their quality of life and survival.
