Summary

This early-stage study tests a new oral drug, GLB-001, in about 48 adults whose acute myeloid leukemia or high-risk myelodysplastic syndromes have returned or not responded to other treatments. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see early signs of effectiveness. Participants take the drug by mouth and are closely monitored for side effects and how their cancer responds.
