Summary
This study aims to find the best patch material for glaucoma drainage surgery. It will compare three types of donor tissue patches to see which one leads to better long-term pressure control, fewer complications, and higher patient comfort. The results will help surgeons choose the most effective and patient-friendly option for this common eye surgery.
