Laser plus new drop combo may beat standard glaucoma care

Summary
This study looks at people with mild to moderate glaucoma who need multiple eye drops. After a laser procedure to help drain fluid, half will get a combination drop (netarsudil and latanoprost) and half will get a standard drop (latanoprost alone). The goal is to see which plan lowers eye pressure more over 12 weeks. About 36 adults will take part at one eye center.
