Summary

This study tests if two devices placed in the eye can safely lower eye pressure in people with moderate to severe open-angle glaucoma. Participants have not responded well to drops or laser and are considering surgery. The goal is to see if these implants can be a less invasive alternative to traditional filtering surgery.
