Hormone pill shows promise in early endometrial cancer trial

Summary

This study tests a daily pill called giredestrant in 30 people with Grade 1 endometrial cancer. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink the cancer or keep it from growing over 6 months, possibly avoiding or delaying surgery. Participants take the drug for 6 months and have regular biopsies to check progress.
