Could a common herb ease the exhaustion of cancer?

Summary
This study aims to see if American ginseng can help reduce the severe fatigue that many cancer patients experience, whether they are currently on treatment or not. It will compare ginseng capsules to a placebo (a dummy pill) in 160 adults with solid tumors who report significant fatigue. The main goal is to measure any change in fatigue levels after 8 weeks of taking the supplement.
