Summary
This study will test whether a personalized exercise app called Gingko Active helps middle-aged and older adults (45+) improve their strength, endurance, and balance better than following a standard exercise booklet. The study includes 60 healthy adults or those with controlled high blood pressure or diabetes. Participants will use the app at home for guided workouts and assessments.
