First seen Feb 16, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study will test whether a personalized exercise app (Gingko Active) helps middle-aged and older adults improve their strength, endurance, and balance more than following a standard exercise booklet. About 60 healthy adults aged 45 and older, including those with controlled high blood pressure or diabetes, will participate. The goal is to see if the app is both effective and easy to use.
