NCT ID NCT07446725
First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests two experimental oral drugs, GH55 and GH21, taken together by people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic change in the MAPK pathway. The trial has two phases: first, to find the safest dose (Phase 1), and then to see if the combination can shrink tumors or slow their growth (Phase 2). About 152 participants who have exhausted standard treatments will be enrolled.
What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only โ not medical advice or a prediction.
- Active substance
- GH55 and GH21 capsules (oral drugs that block cancer growth signals)
- What this could lead to
- If this works, it could offer a new treatment option for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard therapies.
- What could go wrong
- This is an early, small study (Phase 1/2) focused on safety and dosing, so it is not yet known if the combination will be effective. Side effects are possible, and the drugs may not shrink tumors.
