Summary
This early-phase study tests an experimental drug called ZE94-0605 in about 60 adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to or are not eligible for standard treatments. The main goals are to find the safest dose and to see if the drug can shrink tumors. The study has two parts: first, a dose-finding phase, then an expansion phase in patients whose tumors have a specific genetic feature (CCNE1 amplification).
