Summary
This study is creating a large national registry to track inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) patients in Germany over time. It aims to understand how patients are treated in everyday practice, how well treatments work, and how the disease affects quality of life. The goal is to gather real-world information to improve future care for people with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.
