Summary
This study is testing whether providing training and support to cancer clinic staff helps them deliver a special health check-up for older adults starting new cancer treatments. The check-up looks at a patient's overall physical health, support network, and daily life impact, not just their cancer. Researchers want to see if this training makes the check-up process easier and more acceptable for clinics to use regularly.
