Can training cancer staff improve care for older patients?

Summary
This study looks at whether training and supporting cancer clinic staff can help them give a special health check-up (called a geriatric assessment) to adults aged 65 and older before they start a new cancer therapy. The check-up covers physical health, social support, and daily life impacts. Researchers want to see if this approach is acceptable and practical in community cancer clinics. About 216 participants will take part.
