Summary
This study will track 2,500 adults in Lombardy, Italy, who are having an endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) to check for possible pancreatic or bile duct cancer. Researchers want to see how accurate the tissue samples are, how safe the procedure is, and how quickly patients get a final diagnosis and start treatment. No extra tests or treatments are given—just careful observation of standard care.
