Summary

This study tests whether using a person's genetic information to guide medication decisions can improve depression symptoms. About 220 adults starting or changing antidepressants will be randomly assigned to receive either pharmacist-led medication management with genetic test results or usual care. The goal is to see if personalized medicine leads to better outcomes.
