Lung cancer genes linked to dangerous blood clots in new study

Summary

This study looks at 500 people with advanced lung cancer to see if certain genetic changes (mutations) increase the risk of blood clots. Researchers will measure blood markers and track participants for 6 months. The goal is to learn which patients are at higher risk so doctors can better prevent clots in the future.
