First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jul 29, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests a product called Genex G, which is a bone filler that contains an antibiotic (gentamicin). It is used during surgery to treat bone infections (osteomyelitis) in the arms or legs. The goal is to see if it safely clears the infection so that patients do not need more antibiotics or another surgery. About 139 adults who have not gotten better with antibiotics alone will take part.
