First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This study tests a new treatment for adults with solid tumors that have come back or not responded to standard therapies. The treatment uses a patient's own immune cells that are genetically modified to recognize and attack cancer cells. Some participants will also receive the drug nivolumab. The goal is to find safe doses and see if the treatment can shrink tumors.
