First seen Feb 04, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This early-stage trial tested a new treatment for people with bladder, skin, or head and neck cancers that have a specific marker called MAGE-A10. Doctors took patients' own immune cells, modified them in a lab to better attack cancer, and gave them back after a short course of chemotherapy. The main goal was to check safety and find the right dose, with 10 patients enrolled.
