DNA-Guided psychiatry: manitoba tests if your genes can find the right mental health meds
NCT ID NCT06929533
Summary
This study is testing whether using a person's genetic information can help doctors in Manitoba choose more effective psychiatric medications with fewer side effects. It will enroll 200 adults whose doctors think this genetic testing could help with their treatment. The main goal is to see if this approach is practical and useful for patients and doctors, not to provide a cure.
