Gene hunt for hidden lung risk in heart defect patients

Summary
This study aims to find genes that make some people with congenital heart defects develop pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), a serious lung condition. Researchers will test 21 participants for known and new gene mutations. The goal is to enable earlier detection and prevention of PAH in at-risk patients.
