Summary

This study is testing whether a special dietary supplement called GenesiDol can help reduce joint and muscle pain in people with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). It will involve 40 adults with IBD who experience persistent musculoskeletal pain. Researchers will measure changes in pain levels, stress, and gut health over several weeks to see if the supplement provides relief.
