Summary

This study will collect blood, urine, stool, voice recordings, and other data from 3000 adults before, during, and after heart surgery. The goal is to find which biological and clinical markers best predict early complications like delirium, kidney injury, and bleeding. Researchers will compare patients who develop complications with those who do not to improve risk prediction and personalize care.
