Summary
This is a very early study testing the safety of a new one-time gene therapy called IPS101A for people with advanced Parkinson's disease. It will involve 6 participants whose symptoms are severe and not controlled by all available medications. The main goal is to find a safe dose and check for side effects, while also looking for early signs that it might help with movement and other symptoms.
