Summary
This study tests a new gene therapy (HSV-tk) plus valacyclovir, along with radiation and chemotherapy, in people with recurrent glioblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer. The goal is to see if this combination can help patients live longer. About 62 adults whose cancer has returned after prior treatment will take part.
