Summary

This early-stage trial tests a gene therapy called IPS101A in 6 people with advanced Parkinson's disease (stages 4-5) whose symptoms are not well-controlled by current medications. The main goal is to check safety and find the best dose, while also looking for any signs of improvement. This is not a cure, but aims to better control the disease.
