Summary

This study aims to understand why and how the lungs scar in people with pulmonary fibrosis. Researchers will analyze leftover tissue from lung biopsies of 80 participants to look for unique genetic markers. The goal is to gather knowledge that could lead to new ways to diagnose and treat this serious lung disease in the future.
