Summary

This study aims to understand if specific inherited gene changes make some people more likely to develop painful kidney stones. Researchers will compare genetic and health information from about 1,800 people with a history of kidney stones to 900 people without stones. The goal is to identify genetic markers that could one day help predict risk and guide personalized prevention strategies.
