This study aims to see if using a child's genetic information to decide the dose of a chemotherapy drug (6-MP) can reduce dangerous side effects like low white blood cell counts and infections. About 110 children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia will receive a personalized dose based on their NUDT15 and TPMT genes. The goal is to make maintenance therapy safer while still controlling the disease.
