Summary
This study looks at genetic differences between the original stomach or esophageal cancer and any brain tumors that spread from it. Researchers will analyze stored tissue samples from 30 patients to see if key markers like HER2, MSI, PD-L1, and CLDN18.2 change. The goal is to understand why cancer spreads to the brain and how to better treat it.
