Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called gemlapodect to see if it can safely reduce tics in people with Tourette syndrome. About 164 adults and teens with moderate to severe tics will take the drug or a placebo for 12 weeks. The main goal is to measure changes in tic severity using a standard rating scale.
