Summary
This early-stage trial tests whether adding leflunomide (an arthritis drug) to standard chemotherapy (gemcitabine) is safe and effective for people with advanced pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. About 19 adults will take part. The goal is to find the best dose and see if the combination helps control the cancer longer.
