NCT ID NCT04037527
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 36 times
Summary
This early-phase study tested the safety and best dose of two chemotherapy drugs (gemcitabine and docetaxel) given together with radiation before surgery for adults with large, high-grade soft tissue sarcoma of the arms or legs. Only 9 people took part before the study was stopped. The goal was to find the highest safe dose and track side effects, not to cure the disease.
