Summary

This early-stage study tested a new cell therapy called GDX012 for adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has returned or not responded to other treatments. The main goals were to find the safest dose and see how well patients tolerated the treatment. The trial was designed to enroll about 53 participants but was stopped early after 16 people took part.
