New hope for advanced breast cancer: experimental drug trial launches

Summary
This study tests a new drug called GDC-9545, alone or with other medicines, in people with advanced or spreading ER-positive/HER2-negative breast cancer. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if the drug shrinks tumors. About 181 participants will take part in this early-phase trial.
