Summary

This early-stage trial tests a new drug, GDC-0587, alone or with another drug (giredestrant), in people with advanced ER-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer whose cancer worsened after prior CDK4/6 inhibitor therapy. The study aims to find safe doses and check for side effects. About 136 participants will take part.
