Summary
This study tests whether adding a chemotherapy drug (thiotepa) injected into the spinal fluid can improve outcomes for people with glioblastoma that has spread to the brain's lining or fluid spaces. About 38 adults will receive surgery, radiation, and standard oral chemo plus the spinal injections. The goal is to see if this combination helps people live longer without the cancer growing.
